Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Important for Claims

An unboxing video is mandatory for any damaged, missing, or wrong item claim.
Claims without proper video proof may not be accepted.

Non-Deliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
